Ekklesia (College/Young Adults)
EKKLESIA
EKKLESIA: (derived from "ek-kaleo"): denotes an assembly of a certain kind of people who are collected or grouped together based upon things held in common and having responded to a common call.
We desire a community that resembles the perfect balance of grace and truth found in the person of Jesus. We desire a complete faith, a faith that goes beyond ritual, beyond religion and is made whole in a relationship with Jesus, His church, and the communities where we live.
Are you looking for an energetic, casual, God-driven group to plug into? You found it! Ekklesia is an open discussion, relevant to your life, Biblical based study.
So, what can you expect? A typical Monday night consist of: Fellowship, Food, Plenty of Laughs, Praise and Worship, Open Discussion Bible Study, Prayer/Prayer Requests, and more Fellowship! In addition to our weekly monday night events, we reach out to the community with several service projects throughout each year.
So come out and enjoy a night with fellow college students and young adults from the community and seek a better understanding of God and his daily works in our lives!

Habitat For Humanity Construction Day
On April 1st, Volunteers from the College Age/Young Adult Group, Ekklesia dedicated their day to building several homes in Jupiter alongside Habitat for Humanity. The 27 home Kennedy Estates is being constructed for low income families, and is almost complete! We worked on a total of 4 different homes doing tasks such as stripping a new foundation, painting the exterior of a house, cutting wood and piecing together a shed for one of the homes, nailing plywood sheets to form the new roof of a home, and even helping to pour concrete! All in all, it was a rewarding experience and one that we will dedicate more time to!
